Protect before you disclose
Do not upload confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, patent-sensitive, employer-restricted, patient-identifiable or other information you are not authorized to disclose. Sharing information may affect intellectual-property rights.
Ownership
SONSIEL does not claim ownership of intellectual property in innovations, solutions, concepts, materials or other member-submitted content. Members remain responsible for determining whether they have the right to submit or disclose content, subject to employer, institution, collaborator, funder and third-party rights.
No endorsement
Presence in InnovationOS does not by itself constitute SONSIEL endorsement, validation, certification, recommendation or approval of a member, innovation, solution, organization, opportunity or resource.
Platform role
InnovationOS facilitates innovation, education, discovery and collaboration. SONSIEL is not automatically a party to collaborations, IP arrangements, licensing agreements, investment decisions, clinical decisions or other relationships formed between users.
